Job Description
Vacancy is within our busy Service and Maintenance department currently based in Cumbernauld, hours of work are 40hrs per week, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (I hr lunch). Annual leave 31 days per annum (inc. Bank Holidays).
Duties
• Effectively monitor delivery of reactive works and ensure contract KPI’s/SLAs are met or exceeded. • Responsible for the production of reports to Service Manager and Clients • Foster client relationships and develop a culture of trust and respect. • Allocate and dispatch reactive work orders to appropriate engineers. • Ensure work orders are completed to meet the contractual timescales. • Manage the relevant systems appropriately ensuring that sufficient information is captured for analysis. • Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately. • Assist with PPM Lookahead Process • Scheduling and planning of PPMs • Liaising with customers to confirm visits and access requirements. • Carry out PPM reviews to ensure compliance with standards and client specification.
Essential Requirements
Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel • Experience of CAFM system • Good Customer Service skills with the ability to deal with Customers and internal staff and the varied queries the Service Desk receives promptly and politely. • Ability to work under own initiative. • Team player • Flexible and adaptable approach • Solution focused. • Good attention to detail and well organised
