Enevate Homes are delighted to engage with the North Lanarkshire’s Working Scheme to offer job opportunities to the local community.  Initially we were looking to fill General Operator roles within our Light Gauge Steel Department.  NLW Staff provided a full vetting process including shortlisting and arranging interviews, this led to us being presented with excellent candidates.  The desire and work ethic of the young recruits was so impressive that we were delighted to offer them the opportunity to undertake their Apprenticeships in Joinery, Plumbing and Electrical which they enthusiastically accepted.  I can’t praise the North Lanarkshire’s Working Scheme enough and will continue with our partnership for the foreseeable future.
