The company are a manufacturer of HiFi loudspeakers for sale globally, at our Bellshill factory they make all of high-end speakers ranging from £4000 to £30000, they also buy from China/Indonesia a range of entry to mid-level loudspeakers for the home Residential market. Factory hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm – 37.5hrs per week. Breaks 10.00 for 15 mins and lunch 30mins from 1.00pm (they are flexible for staff to have tea coffee as they please to their work station- just as long as no impact to their tasks) The role in the main will be production operator and be trained to carry out all task from crossover assembly – sold work to final assembly through to test, clean and packing. The key aspects for all staff are attitude, application and flexibility to carry out a task required – (training will be given in each task)
