Stage 2 & 3: 16-17, Stage 3 & 4: 18+

Course Information

Stage 2 will be based on the individual assessment and needs. Participants will be expected to complete up to 30 hours per week maximum in a combination of training and or work experience appropriate to this stage. The learner will hopefully complete SVQ qualification at level 3 and work taster/experience. These will be sourced within easy travelling distance from the learners home.

Learners will be supported to progress to Stage 3 of the pipeline or move to further education or employment. Stage 3 will develop Employability Skills : Interview Techniques, Employer Expectations, Job Application & Job Searching Skills.

Learners will be supported to progress to Stage 4 of the pipeline or move to further education or employment. Stage 4 will be sector based and include an industry specific qualification (when available).
